No matter where you are or what you’re doing, you’ll know how many calories you are burning and steps you’ve taken. This is a bracelet that you wear all day and night and it tracks your activity and rest. The VivoFit develops fitness goals for you based on your current activity levels. If you’ve been sitting or inactive for too long, it will suggest that you get up and get active. You can send all your activity information to your computer or smartphone if you want, but don’t have to. The battery has a great long life (about a year), so no worries about charging it up. There is no GPS in it, so it doesn’t need a great deal of batteries to run day-to-day. The lack of GPS means you won’t have a map of where you went each day, but it does accurately track your activity through the steps you take when you go there! Overall, this a a great little device for those interested in tracking their fitness through-out the day.
